Hale Pilates Method

HALE is a boutique fitness and nutrition studio, focused on whole-body health and wellness. We offer a variety of classes so that our clients do not plateau in their training, from Pilates equipment classes, to sweat-inducing High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).

We consider our classes to be a semi-private training environment, with a maximum per class of 6 people. We designed it this way so that we are able to focus on form and alignment while still constantly challenging our clients.
